About the Teacher:

Dr. Jay Rigney is the founder of Dr. Rigney Eye Care & Eyewear in Owasso, OK. He is board certified in anterior segment laser procedures, PRK laser vision correction, and Yag laser capsulotomies. In addition, Dr. Rigney is also board certified to treat infections of the eye and eyelids, with the ability to perform minor surgical lid and corneal procedures, as well as has board certification to treat glaucoma. Dr. J Jay Rigney is proud to have served the Owasso, OK community for over 30 years. During his extensive career, he has had the privilege of being a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Rigney is also passionate about educating the public on his field, writing and publishing two books on the creation and importance of the eye.
